I could spend days writing my opinion about the Pascua Florida in Guía de Isora, so I will be brief: brutal. It is a unique spectacle in the world, it is a spectacle of art in the street, it is a spectacle in terms of visitors to see it, visit it and enjoy it, whether you are a religious believer or not, it is a spectacle for the people. On the mainland, all the florists involved in the world know Guía de Isora as a reference point for Spanish Floral Art and many of them participate in one way or another in the guided tours to see the different works on display in the street.
In other respects, you have a fantastic town, which many people did not know existed, but thanks to the Pascua Florida, Guía de Isora is placed with big letters within the Spanish Floral Art, congratulations and may we never lack faith and the Pascua Florida.

I love participating in such a different and original event, in the beautiful surroundings of Guía de Isora, where such authentic and unique compositions are created.
I love working alongside those great artists and professionals who also participate in this event, from whom I learn so much and with whom I feel very comfortable. I feel very fortunate and grateful to be able to collaborate. The treatment, the organisation and the development are spectacular and from what I have been able to perceive in the different years the affluence of tourists in the locality is bigger and bigger.

Opinion about Pascua Florida:
It’s a great idea and Carlos Curbelo has given this initiative an incredible value, from the first moment it seemed to me that floral art took on another dimension, giving value to both the artists who participate and the florists, who often don’t have it.
I didn’t take part in the first edition because I didn’t know about it, but as soon as I heard about it I joined several teams to participate. In the 6th edition I dared to present my work and I still do it today, I hope it will be many more years, I wouldn’t miss it for the world.
I always suggest it to my students as an event to visit and enjoy. At the last edition I was delighted to see so many of them enjoying Easter in Florida.
